After a successful apprenticeship and a degree, he worked as an international consultant for many years. In the process, he developed his now outstanding skills in the areas of flexibility, determination and customer-orientation.
Over two decades ago, Rainer Rick ventured into self-employment and took over a small company specialising in mechanical engineering.
He has now been a successful managing director for 23 years, which speaks for his great commitment and passion for his work.
Rainer Rick is the managing partner of two flourishing companies: Waldraff Technologies, with sites in Cologne and Eschweiler, and Feldpausch Zuführ- und Montagetechnik, headquartered in Kierspe. Under his leadership, both companies have developed into important players in their respective industries.
